Grading Information

• 15% — Discussion Section
• 25% — Midterm Exam
• 20% — Paper Assignment
• 40% — Final Exam

LATE ASSIGNMENTS AND MAKEUPS

All assignment and exam dates are firm. Barring extraordinary circumstances, no late assignments or makeups will be accepted. Makeup exams are only possible for documented extraordinary circumstances at the instructor’s discretion. If your religious observances conflict with a deadline, please notify your section leader at least two weeks in advance.

RE-GRADES

• Students must request a grade re-evaluation within ten days of receiving their returned paper or exam.
• When requesting a re-evaluation, students must fill out the form (find on the documents page) and either give a physical copy or email the form to their section leader.
• Students should remember that their grade might not necessarily get better after the re-evaluation and should consult with their section leader before submitting an official re-grade.
